Frequently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any forms of insurance at this time.
Are children allowed at my appointment?
We ask that you refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment. If it is unavoidable, we ask that they remain in our waiting area during your treatment. Please note that they will be unsupervised as our guest services team will be unable to chaperone them.
How early should I arrive to my appointment?
If it is your first time with us, we ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to your appointment so that you can fill out the necessary paperwork prior to your appointment. If you are a returning client, please arrive at your appointment time.
Acceptable forms of payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash and check.
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Guests who cancel within 24-hours of their appointment or "no call/no show" to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future services. The above-mentioned deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the 24-hour time frame. Refund requests are at the management's discretion and issued accordingly.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Out of respect for our other guests, services for those arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Rejuvenation Medi-Spa’s discretion.
