How do I ensure I get my desired appointment date/time?
We strongly suggest you pre-book your next appointment to assure your day and time preferences can be accommodated. Please book as far in advance as possible for you. Our aesthetician’s and nurse’s appointment books fill up quickly.
What if I have a multi-appointment?
If you have a multi- appointment day ahead of you, the front desk staff will be in charge of keeping your schedule and salon/services on track. Sit back and relax and let our staff guide you through your services.
Should I arrive early to my appointment?
There is no need for you to arrive earlier than your set appointment time. However, if it is your first time with us we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early in order to fill out necessary paperwork.
What if I am late?
Should you arrive late, it may be necessary to adjust or reschedule your services so as to not inconvenience our later guests.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, children are permitted in our spa however it is not encouraged. A receptionist will be at our front desk and is able to monitor small children for a short time. Please refrain from bringing your children if you have an appointment time over 15 minutes.
We do not accept returns of products unless defective.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, gift cards, cash, or check.
How much should I tip and what is the Rejuvenation tip policy?
Tips are not expected but are appreciated. We accept tips on behalf of our staff in the form of cash only. There is not ATM on the premises.
